Terms & Conditions :
1.Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times.
2.Visitors with special medical, dietary or mobility requirements must inform our Customer Service Counter representative.
3.Outside food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks are not allowed.
4.This is a smoke-free area. The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vape is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
5.No littering. Please keep the environment clean at all times and dispose of all waste in designated trash cans.
6.No plastic bottles are allowed.
7.No pets are allowed.
8.Removal of any leaves, plants or trees without official consent is strictly prohibited.
9.Petting, harassing, or harming animals is prohibited.
10.Feeding animals without official consent is strictly prohibited.
11.Please be mindful of your own safety throughout your journey here.
12.Visitors below 17 years of age should be supervised and accompanied at all times by an adult 18 years of age and above.
13.Visitors must adhere to additional specific rules and requirements at each attraction. Please refer to the information posted at the attraction sites.
14.Visitors may participate in the activities available at their own risk.
15.Any dangerous act, behaviour, or item is strictly prohibited.
16.Visitors who do not follow the rules and regulations will be evicted from Wetlands Arboretum Centre.
17.The regulation, protection, conservation and management of wildlife are applied under the Wildlife Conservation Act (Act No. 716.)
18.The Management shall not be liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings, and for any death, injury, damage, or loss howsoever caused at Wetlands Arboretum Centre.
