Gamuda Garden’s town square recently got more exciting following the recent completion of the Waterfront Village, a lakeside retail village comprising commercial as well as wellness and recreation elements. The Waterfront Village, completed in January this year, was designed to follow the shape of one of the township’s main lakes - allowing visitors to appreciate not just the serenity of the lakes but also the enthralling views at sunset.
The Waterfront Village also boasts views of the waterfalls, easily one of the township’s most unique and captivating sights, thus making this a focal point for the community at Gamuda Gardens. Conveniently accessed by the community, the Waterfront Village will be the spot where residents exercising along the lakeside will grab a bite, catch up with friends or simply spend time reading and soaking up the ambiance. It will, in short, be the beating heart of the town.
With a net lettable area of 27,700 sq ft, the Waterfront Village is expected to host a mix of retail tenants from convenience stores to cafes, fast food restaurants, quick service restaurants, a pharmacy and grocer.
In addition to retail, the Waterfront Village will also be home to the Gardens Wellness Club and Big Bucket Splash.

This emphasis on placemaking is best encapsulated in the 50-acre Central Park. With two waterfalls and five cascading lakes this green lung doesn't just offer the community a respite from hectic Kuala Lumpur but it’s also a haven for their four-legged friends. One of the few pet-friendly parks in the Klang Valley, the Central Park features a pet play area for pet owners to let their furry friends run free as well as for events such as pet training to be held.
